2023 College Seminar And Portfolio Review Part 2 - Rhode Island School of Design

Hello parents and students,

At this time, as our summer camp is coming to an end, we held our last seminar of the year in collaboration with Rhode Island School of Design!

Each year, we invite RISD to conduct a college admission seminar and portfolio review exclusively for our students. This year, Marin Brennan joined and hosted the seminar as a speaker.

Marin is an alumni of RISD who graduated in Illustration with a concentration in Liberty Arts and Studies in 2008 and currently works as the Assistant Director of Admissions at RISD.

She gave us the lowdown on RISD and shared insights about their admission system. After Marin’s presentation, she took the time to review each student's portfolio individually and shared her thoughts on their portfolios. We believe that it was a great chance for our students to get feedback on their work and learn how to improve their portfolios before applying to colleges.

We're incredibly grateful to Marin for her support, and we hope our students found this experience valuable.
